Position Summary The Paperwork Assistant supports the dealership's daily operations by managing vehicle documentation, compliance records, and administrative filing.This role ensures all sales paperwork, titles, and state reporting requirements are completed accurately and on time, helping the dealership stay organized, compliant, and ready for audits or inspections.Core Weekly Responsibilities Vehicle & Inventory Documentation Enter stock numbers and VINs into dealership records or DMS Maintain vehicle files for each unit on the lot Verify required documents are complete before vehicle delivery Organize deal jackets and inventory paperwork Title Work & DMV Processing Prepare and submit title paperwork Process buyer documentation and lienholder information Submit paperwork to the Wyoming DMV Track pending titles and follow up when needed Compliance & Recordkeeping Maintain accurate filing systems (physical and/or digital) Ensure all documents meet state and dealership requirements Keep compliance logs current and organized Assist with audit preparation if requested Temporary Tags & Logs Record temporary tags Maintain the temporary tag log Verify expiration dates and proper documentation Ensure compliance with Wyoming dealer regulations Weekly Reporting & Reconciliation Review completed deals for accuracy Reconcile paperwork with vehicle sales records Prepare weekly paperwork status reports Identify missing documents or errors and notify management Job Type:Contract Pay:$15.00 per hour Work Location:In person.
