They need an experienced Paralegal to support attorneys in all phases of personal injury cases, from investigation through settlement or trial. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, technologically savvy, and experienced in managing case files. This role requires strong communication skills, the ability to work independently, capability of handling multiple deadlines, and a client-centered approach to case management. Some responsibilities will include obtaining and organizing medical records, bills, police reports, and related documentation, draft correspondence and legal documents, maintain accurate and up-to-date case files communicate regularly with clients, medical providers, insurance adjusters, and experts.
