Trial Lawyer of the Year, Steve Vartazarian, is hiring two Litigation Paralegals for his Calabasas office to start immediately. The renowned Vartazarian Law Firm seeks motivated paralegals to support attorneys in high-profile cases, including catastrophic injuries, civil rights violations, sexual abuse, and fire litigation. This role requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and a commitment to top-tier legal support. Responsibilities Draft and prepare legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests. Transcribe legal documents and correspondence. Maintain organized case files for easy attorney access. Assist in preparing trial materials and exhibits. Communicate professionally with clients, witnesses, and court personnel. Manage deadlines and ensure timely court filings. Support attorneys with case strategy and progress updates. Qualifications Motivation and excitement to be part of a premier Plaintiff's Litigation firm. Positive attitude, with a strong desire to learn and grow. Experience as a paralegal or in a law firm setting preferred. (But we will accept applications from all experience levels) Familiarity with plaintiff’s civil litigation (training available). Strong administrative and legal drafting skills. Excellent written and verbal communication. Ability to manage multiple cases independently.
