Robert Half is partnered with a premier law firm in Lexington, Kentucky that is seeking a Litigation Paralegal! The ideal candidate would have minimum 3 years' experience supporting trial attorneys. Responsibilities: Case Management: Organizing and managing case files, documents, and evidence, ensuring easy access and retrieval during trial. Trial Preparation: Assisting attorneys in preparing for trial by organizing exhibits, creating trial notebooks, and coordinating witnesses. Courtroom Support: Providing in-court assistance to attorneys, such as managing exhibits, taking notes, and ensuring smooth proceedings. Legal Research: Conducting legal research to support case development and trial strategy. Client Communication: Communicating with clients, witnesses, and experts to gather information and provide updates on case progress. Qualifications: Paralegal certification or associate's degree in paralegal studies. 3+ years of experience as a Litigation Paralegal or in a related field. Strong knowledge of legal procedures, rules of evidence, and courtroom etiquette. Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in legal research tools and software.
