Parking Attendant

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Parking Attendant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing parking operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for all guests. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service. Duties Greet and assist customers as they arrive at the parking facility. Manage the flow of vehicles in and out of the parking area. Operate cash registers and handle cash transactions accurately. Maintain accurate records of vehicle entries and exits. Provide assistance with valet parking services when necessary. Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the parking area. Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly. Communicate effectively with team members to ensure efficient operations. Skills Strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members. Basic retail math skills for accurate transaction processing. Excellent customer service skills to enhance guest experiences. Ability to drive various types of vehicles safely and efficiently. Previous experience in a dealership or similar environment is a plus. Familiarity with valet parking procedures is advantageous. Bilingual abilities are preferred to better serve diverse clientele.
