1099-Contracted Parking Enforcement Monitor Job Overview:We are seeking a diligent and reliable Parking Enforcement Monitor to join our team as an independent contractor.In this role, you will be responsible for patrolling designated communities during nighttime hours, ensuring that vehicles have the appropriate permits, and issuing ticket warnings when necessary.This is a part-time, overnight position requiring strong attention to detail, dependability, and a commitment to upholding community parking regulations.Key Responsibilities:Patrol assigned communities from 9:00 PM to 5:00 AM to monitor vehicles for permits and parking violations.Use a smartphone to log in and verify vehicle permits through our system.Issue ticket warnings to vehicles in violation of parking regulations.Maintain accurate records of the communities monitored and any infractions observed.Communicate any issues or concerns with management promptly.Ensure reliable transportation to and from assigned communities.Requirements:Must have a reliable form of transportation.Possess a smartphone capable of accessing our permit verification system.Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently.Availability to work overnight shifts (9:00 PM - 5:00 AM), including weekends.Prior experience in parking enforcement or a similar role is a plus but not required.Compensation:$20 per hour Additional $20 per shift for gas reimbursement.Job Types:Full-time, Part-time Pay:$20.00 per hour Job Type:Full-time Pay:$20.00 per hour Benefits:Flexible schedule Work Location:In person.
