Luxury Green Parking, a prestigious parking lot located in the heart of East Williamsburg, is seeking dedicated and customer service-oriented individuals to join our team as Parking Attendants. Responsibilities Greet customers and assist with parking their vehicles in a safe and efficient manner. Operate lift machines to handle customer vehicles, ensuring proper care and parking in designated spaces. Maintain a high level of awareness and attentiveness to ensure the security of vehicles and prevent any theft or damage. Provide courteous and professional assistance to customers, addressing their questions, concerns, and inquiries promptly and professionally. Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding parking guidelines, payment collection, and customer service protocols. Ensure the parking lot is clean, organized, and well-maintained at all times. Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations and a positive working environment. Qualifications Previous experience in parking operations and working with lift machines is preferred. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to remain calm and composed in stressful situations. Strong attention to detail to accurately park and handle vehicles. Flexible availability to match the fluctuating hours of operation and meet the needs of our customers. Punctuality and reliability to consistently show up on time for scheduled shifts. Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and represent the company professionally. Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team. Possess a valid driver's license. Maintain uniformed appearance standards while on duty. Keep parking areas neat and free of trash. Job Requirements Ability to communicate effectively in English. Ability to understand and follow instructions. Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record. Must authorize the company to obtain driving record for verification purposes. Friendly, congenial, and a team player. Must have at least three years of driving experience.
