This role is ideal for someone who is organized, professional, and enjoys working in a hospitality-driven environment. Flexibility is important, as the schedule will vary based on team needs. Administrative Assistant Responsibilities Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and assist with general inquiries The Administrative Assistant will greet guests and staff while providing a high level of customer service Assist with mail distribution, packages, and office supply organization The Administrative Assistant will support meeting preparation, including printing, scanning, and assembling materials Perform data entry and assist with administrative projects across departments The Administrative Assistant will provide general office support and coverage as needed Qualifications Of The Administrative Assistant Prior administrative or office experience, preferably in a hospitality environment Strong communication skills with a professional and calm demeanor Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) Highly organized with the ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities
