Part Time Administrative Assistant Location:Onsite in Wakefield MA Benefits:Company Paid Life Insurance Competitive Time Off Responsibilities:Coordinate and track subcontractor work at multiple commercial properties Provide administrative support to Property Managers to ensure efficient operation of multiple properties Assist in scheduling work orders for maintenance technicians Create and manage service agreements with vendors Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and handle correspondence Type, transcribe, and distribute documents such as memos, letters, and reports Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for staff Assist with organizing and maintaining files and records Perform data entry and manage databases Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner Other duties.Qualifications:Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a related role Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask Attention to detail and problem-solving skills Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality Familiarity with phone systems and professional phone etiquette High School Diploma or GED The purpose of this position is to assist with the day-to-day operations of the office.We offer competitive compensation and benefits packages.If you are a motivated individual with strong administrative skills, we would love to hear from you.We do pull background checks upon employment.Pay:$25.00 - $32.00 per hour Benefits:Life insurance Paid time off Schedule:8 hour shift Day shift No weekends Education:High school or equivalent (Preferred) Experience:Administrative:1 year (Preferred) Work Location:In person.
