Job Description
Training & development We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and adaptable Part-time Administrative Assistant to support day-to-day studio operations. This is a part-time, in-person role with the opportunity to grow over time. Welcome new hires and lead in-studio tours, creating a warm and organized first impression • Support the Events Team with administrative coordination and logistics • Partner with the Virtual HR & Payroll Coordinator to assist with in-person tasks • Manage and order office supplies as needed • Provide administrative support across leadership, including the CEO, COO, CFO, Studio Manager, Event Producers, and Client Development Director • 1-3 years of administrative, operations, or similar experience preferred • Experience in a fast-paced, client-facing, or creative environment is a plus • Comfortable with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar), AI tools and open to learning and integrating new tech systems • 25 - $30 per hour, depending on experience Part-time, approximately 20 - 25 hours per week, M-F from 8am to 1pm. •
