Part-Time Registered Nurse (RN) Schedule: 20-30 hours per week Location: The Neighborhood Christian Clinic – Phoenix, AZ About Us The Neighborhood Christian Clinic is a faith-based nonprofit providing low-cost, whole-person care to uninsured and underserved patients in Phoenix. Position Overview We are seeking a bilingual Part-Time Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dedicated team. This role is ideal for a nurse who is passionate about serving the community, providing high-quality healthcare, and supporting patients’ spiritual needs. Responsibilities Provide direct patient care including assessments, vitals, and clinical support for physicians, PA’s and nurse practitioners Assist with patient education, care coordination, and follow-up Support whole-person care by addressing physical, emotional, and spiritual needs Collaborate with healthcare volunteers and staff to ensure efficient, compassionate service Participate in prayer and spiritual encouragement with patients, as appropriate Maintain accurate documentation and uphold clinic standards of quality care Attends monthly staff meetings Other duties as assigned Qualifications Must be bilingual in Spanish Current Arizona RN license in good standing Minimum 2-3 year of clinical nursing experience (primary care or community health preferred) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in the usage of Microsoft Word, Google Drive, Excel, Outlook, and other web-based software Demonstrates the ability to work independently and take initiative in carrying out assigned responsibilities.
