Overview We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Part-Time Biweekly Cleaner to maintain a well-kept and inviting 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of all living areas, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, and common spaces Dust surfaces, vacuum carpets, mop floors, and ensure all surfaces are sanitized and spotless Maintain cleanliness of appliances, fixtures, windows, and mirrors Handle trash removal and recycling according to established procedures Conduct floor care tasks such as buffing and polishing to restore shine and cleanliness Use appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment safely and efficiently Report any maintenance issues or damages noticed during cleaning to the property manager Requirements Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial work, or custodial services Knowledge of floor care techniques including buffing and polishing Familiarity with commercial cleaning tools and supplies Ability to perform detailed cleaning tasks consistently and efficiently Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills Physical ability to stand, bend, lift, and move comfortably during cleaning duties Prior experience with facilities maintenance or industrial cleaning is a plus Join us in creating a pristine living space where comfort meets cleanliness!
