The Cannabis Consultant requires customer service, merchandising, and inventory management skills. Essential Functions: Welcoming each guest personally using enthusiastic words, tone, and body language. Answering, assisting, and directing all incoming telephone calls to appropriate parties in a professional and courteous manner. Accurately entering, processing, and storing guest identification and other documentation to maintain organized records of guest interactions, verifying proper paperwork, documentation, and ID for guests..
