We are currently seeking a dedicated and clinically driven Part-Time Clinician to join our growing team. Position: Part-Time Clinician Location: Westfield, NJ Schedule: Approximately 25 hours per week Format: Primarily in-person with telehealth flexibility Availability: Weekday, evening, and/or weekend availability preferred Eligible Licenses Licensed Social Worker (LSW) Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) Licensed Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (LAMFT) Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) Position Summary The Part-Time Clinician will provide individual, family, marriage, and/or couples therapy to a diverse client population presenting with a wide range of behavioral, emotional, and psychosocial concerns. This role is ideal for a compassionate clinician who demonstrates strong clinical judgment, cultural sensitivity, professionalism, and a commitment to ethical, client-centered care. Services will be delivered primarily in person, with telehealth sessions incorporated based on clinical appropriateness, client needs, and scheduling flexibility. Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive intake evaluations and biopsychosocial assessments Develop and implement individualized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based interventions Provide ongoing psychotherapy services through in-person and telehealth modalities Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation within the electronic health record Participate in clinical supervision, case consultations, and team meetings as needed Collaborate with interdisciplinary providers to ensure continuity and quality of care Adhere to professional ethics, HIPAA regulations, and telehealth best practices Qualifications Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related clinical field Active and unrestricted New Jersey licensure in one of the following: LSW LCSW LPC LAMFT LMFT Previous experience in a behavioral health or outpatient clinical setting preferred Experience with electronic health records (EHR) and telehealth platforms preferred Ability to work independently while effectively managing a flexible part-time schedule Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills Demonstrated cultural competence and commitment to inclusive care Preferred Qualifications Bilingual candidates (Spanish or other languages) strongly encouraged to apply Prior telehealth therapy experience preferred Compensation Competitive hourly compensation commensurate with licensure level, clinical experience, and areas of specialization.
