Part Time Custodian

Looking for employee to work at least 15 hours a week (Monday night - Friday night) 3 hours/night. Shift time is flexible somewhat but approximately 6:00PM- 9:00PM. Work will be performed in one building in Lumberton. 2 Mandatory Requirements From The Customer Site: Must be US citizen Must have a clean background check. Duties Perform custodial duties such as cleaning, sweeping, mopping, and dusting Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly Clean and sanitize restrooms and replenish supplies Maintain cleanliness of common areas, including hallways, lobbies, and break rooms Vacuuming specified carpet areas Follow established procedures for industrial cleaning and use of cleaning chemicals Adhere to safety guidelines and maintain a safe work environment Skills Experience in custodial or commercial cleaning preferred Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment Ability to follow instructions and work independently Strong attention to detail and thoroughness in completing tasks Physical stamina to perform manual labor Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
