As a bone and joint specialty company we focus on helping post-menopausal women, people with bone and joint issues and doctors treating these patients, get the best health possible.We are seeking part-time Customer Sales Support Specialists to support our ultra-premium nutritional product line.This role combines relationship-building with existing healthcare professionals and their office staff as you process in-bound orders as well as proactively outreaching them.Additionally, you will work with marketing and help qualify doctor leads gained from medical educational webinars through outbound calls, handling sample requests and follow-up all supporting business needs and growth.Additionally, the role includes supporting direct consumer inquiries as consumer look for guidance and direction on which products to select as your process their orders.This is NOT a telemarketing role, but an opportunity to join a growing company where you won't just be making calls -- you'll be helping people live better lives.Full product training provided.Seasoned sales and customer service people encourage to apply.What You'll Do Proactively reach out to existing and potential customers Handle inbound and outbound calls Follow up on leads and reconnect with past accounts Guide customers to the right product solutions Promote and sell the benefits of our bone and joint health products Reconnect with accounts that have not ordered recently Collaborate with marketing and operations to ensure a seamless customer experience This is relationship-driven, consultative inside sales -- not high-pressure sales/telemarketing.What We're Looking For Strong communication skills and confidence on the phone Detail-oriented and organized Professional, dependable, and self-motivated Comfortable managing multiple priorities Prior experience in customer service, account support, healthcare offices, or client services preferred Pay:$23.50 - $27.00 per hour Expected hours:20.0 per week Benefits:Paid training Work Location:In person.
