In this role, you will assist patients with scheduling appointments, answering questions, updating patient information, and supporting daily call center operations while delivering excellent customer service. Available Positions & Schedule We are currently hiring for 2 part-time positions : Shift 1: Monday–Friday, 12 PM – 4 PM + every other Saturday, 8 AM – 12 PM Shift 2: Monday–Friday, 2 PM – 6 PM + every other Saturday, 8 AM – 12 PM Responsibilities Answer incoming patient calls professionally and courteously Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments Enter and update patient information accurately in computer systems Assist patients with questions regarding appointments, insurance, and office procedures Maintain excellent phone etiquette and provide a positive patient experience Follow up on missed calls, recalls, and pending appointments Work collaboratively with team members to support office needs Maintain confidentiality of patient information in compliance with HIPAA regulations Qualifications Bilingual in English and Spanish is required Strong customer service and communication skills Previous call center, dental, or medical office experience preferred but not required Comfortable using computers and handling data entry tasks Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment Positive attitude, reliability, and strong work ethic Why Join Us?
