Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and assist them with their dry cleaning and alteration needs in a lively, engaging manner Process garment orders accurately, including tagging, tracking, and managing customer requests Operate cash registers with precision, handling cash and card transactions efficiently and securely Provide expert alterations by measuring, pinning, and communicating with customers about their tailoring requests Maintain cleanliness and organization of the counter area to ensure a welcoming atmosphere Follow proper procedures for garment handling, cleaning, and storage to uphold quality standards Support team members during busy periods by assisting with cleaning tasks and inventory management Qualifications Previous experience in hotel or hospitality environments is highly preferred, demonstrating excellent customer service skills Knowledge of dry cleaning processes, laundry procedures, or garment alterations is a plus Strong communication skills with the ability to engage positively with customers and team members Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately Experience with cashiering or cash handling to ensure secure and efficient payment processing Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as bending or lifting garments as needed A proactive attitude with a desire to learn new skills in garment care and customer service Join us in creating memorable experiences for our guests through exceptional service!
