JOB POSTING PART TIME Group No:III Starting Hourly Rate:$33.05 - 25 Pension Diversion = $32.80 Depending on qualifications and experience.Hours of Work:9:00 AM to 3:00 PM (with a 1-hour lunch) Monday - Friday - 5 hours per day Twenty-five (25) hour work week Position will be 100% in person/office at IBEW 46 Kent Hall Job Duties:Job Duties Include:Dues Posting Data entry 10-Key Balancing of batches Answer Phones, Filing Qualifications:Accurate Data entry Windows experience Typing speed 40 wpm or more.10-Key by touch.Good telephone skills.Filing.Preferences: Excellent customer relations skills required.Must be able to handle difficult situations with customers in a consistent and fair manner within the established guidelines. Union knowledge and background helpful.Must be able to work independently and yet cohesively within the office.Flexibility on work hours for scheduling purposes.
