Opportunities to meet and build relationships with rental clients from a wide range of industries Schedule Options Shifts that fit with typical college schedule: Afternoon/Evening Shifts (1:30 PM – 10:00 PM / 3:30 pm – 12:00 AM) Mon, Wed, Fri, Sun Tue, Thur, Sat Extra shifts sometimes available to pick up on off days Morning Shifts (7:30 AM – 4:00 PM) Thur, Sat, Sun Fri, Sat, Sun Extra shifts sometimes available to pick up on off days On-Call shifts for people who want to Side-hustle on an as-needed basis What You’ll Be Doing Event Operations (The Fun Stuff!) Set up event spaces: tables, chairs, linens, décor, lighting, pipe & drape, etc. Be the go-to assistant for clients during events Assist with sound system, microphones, projectors, spotlights, & other A/V equipment Help create a smooth, unforgettable experience for guests Venue Support & Cleaning (Team Effort!) Keep the venue clean, organized, and event-ready Restock restrooms and handle quick clean-ups Make sure everything looks great and runs safely Opening & Closing Tasks Help open the venue and set up signage (morning shifts) Reset and secure the space after events What We’re Looking For Friendly, outgoing, reliable, and a “can do” attitude Strong communication and customer service skills Team player who can also work independently Comfortable learning/using basic venue equipment Flexible availability (evenings & weekends are key) Basic technical skills (we’ll teach you the rest!)
