At Petrullo Farms, we’re passionate about pasta! We craft fresh pasta using farm fresh eggs and authentic Italian style recipes. Whether it’s rigatoni, bucatini, or tagliatelle, we believe fresh pasta should be made with care, love, and a little bit of fun. We're a growing company looking for someone who shares our enthusiasm and wants to be a part of our journey. We're looking for a hands-on, reliable, and enthusiastic individual to join our team part-time. This unique role combines time spent in our kitchen helping to make fresh pasta and assisting with setup, sales, and customer service at local farmers markets on weekends. Responsibilities: In the Kitchen (Weekdays): Assist with making and packaging fresh pasta Help prep ingredients and keep the kitchen clean and organized Follow food safety protocols Label and organize products for upcoming markets At the Farmers Market (Weekends): Transport and set up booth (tables, tent, product display) Interact with customers and share our pasta story Handle sales using POS system Maintain a clean and appealing booth Restock and organize inventory throughout the market Requirements: Availability on Saturdays Comfort working in a kitchen and at outdoor markets (rain or shine!)
