Job Title:Part-Time Front Desk Assistant Location:Sandy, UT Pay:$20.00 - $22.00/hour Schedule:Mondays, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM Additional Coverage as Needed Overview We are currently seeking a dependable and professional Part-Time Front Desk Assistant to support our office operations in Sandy, Utah.This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being the first point of contact, thrives in a structured environment, and is flexible to assist with additional coverage when needed.This position is designed to ensure consistent front desk support on Mondays while also providing backup coverage for vacation days (with advance notice) and occasional sick days (approximately once per month).Training will be provided during regular Monday shifts to ensure you are fully comfortable with office procedures.Key Responsibilities Manage front desk operations every Monday from 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front office environment Provide administrative support as needed (data entry, scheduling, filing, etc.) Assist with vacation coverage when scheduled in advance Provide occasional last-minute coverage for sick days Qualifications Previous front desk, receptionist, or administrative experience preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented Ability to multitask and manage responsibilities independently Professional demeanor and customer-focused mindset Comfortable with basic computer systems and office software Why Join Us?
