Position Overview We’re looking for a friendly, organized, and creative Part-Time Front Desk & Social Media Associate to join our team. This role combines front desk responsibilities with digital marketing and social media growth. It’s perfect for someone who enjoys interacting with people, loves the beauty and wellness industry, and has a passion for social media, video creation, and content trends. This is also an excellent opportunity for aspiring estheticians who want to gain hands-on spa experience and training while helping our brand grow online. Responsibilities Front Desk & Client Experience Greet clients and provide an exceptional customer service experience. Schedule appointments and manage booking software. Answer phones, respond to inquiries, and make outbound calls professionally. Assist with retail product sales and inventory management. Support estheticians and other team members with daily operations as needed. Social Media & Marketing Create and edit engaging videos and content for social media (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.). Use CapCut or Canva to design, edit, and enhance posts and videos. Stay up to date with trending content in the beauty and wellness industry and help recreate or adapt those trends for Ria Skin Care and Spa. Assist with taking behind-the-scenes photos, client-friendly videos, and educational content. Collaborate with management to plan and execute creative marketing ideas that grow brand awareness and engagement. Qualifications Punctual, reliable, and professional. Friendly, customer-focused, and a strong team player. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Experience managing social media accounts (personal or professional). Proficiency with CapCut and/or Canva strongly preferred. Basic understanding of video editing, marketing strategy, and social media analytics. Interest in skincare, wellness, or beauty industry is a plus. Aspiring estheticians are encouraged to apply!
