Peninsula Golf & Racquet Club is seeking reliable and motivated individuals to join our Golf Course Maintenance Team at our prestigious 27-hole, semi-private, resort-style facility along Alabama's Gulf Coast.This position plays an important role in maintaining the overall appearance and playability of the golf course.This is a hands-on, outdoor position ideal for individuals who take pride in their work, enjoy working as part of a team, and have strong attention to detail.Responsibilities include:Mowing greens, tees, fairways, and rough Operating equipment such as mowers, string trimmers, and blowers Maintaining bunkers Assisting with course setup Performing general landscape maintenance.Team members are expected to follow safe work practices and help maintain a clean and professional property.Previous golf course or landscaping experience is helpful but not required.Candidates must be dependable, willing to learn, able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions, and comfortable working early morning hours, including some weekends and holidays.Peninsula offers a supportive team environment, opportunities for growth, and the chance to work in one of the most desirable coastal locations in the Southeast.Located in Gulf Shores, this position provides a great balance of work and lifestyle in a beautiful setting.Week day work schedule can be adjusted based on the needs of the course and employee, every other weekend will be mandatory.Pay:$16.00 - $17.00 per hour Benefits:Employee discount Life insurance Work Location:In person.
