JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS The Penn State College of Engineering is seeking to fill a part-time graduate program support position to assist with various administrative duties at the University Park campus. Duties include but are not limited to: Assisting with planning graduate recruitment events Engaging in verbal and written communication with prospective students regarding the application process, campus visits and application status. Preparing acceptance/rejection letters Providing support to the full time Academic Program Coordinator This position is a part-time position, with an average of 20-24 hours per week, and will offer a hybrid work arrangement that combines remote and on campus working. Applications will be reviewed until the position is filled. Qualifications: Proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Office and the ability to learn new software packages.
