Everyday Helper is locally owned and located in Tiffin, IA.We serve clients in Coralville, North Liberty, Tiffin, and Iowa City.We are looking for a part time independent contractor helper to assist with our house cleaning clients.Applicant must have drivers license, reliable transportation and some afternoon availability is needed.We serve clients between 8am-5pm, M-F.We're currently looking for part time- 10-35 hours per week, with potential for more if a good match.Experience preferred, but will train the right individual.We offer a raise after 90 days of employment, monthly bonuses, and currently a sign on bonus of $250.Sign on given after 90 days of employment.At Everyday Helper, we enjoy being able to provide each client with they are satisfied with.Every home we clean is completed using our 50 point cleaning checklist that our clients fill out.To all of our helpers we offer:Competitive pay.Constant opportunity to grow into a career with a fast-paced, and ever growing cleaning service provider.PTO (following their first 90 days with our company), $250 bonus (following their first 90 days with our company), Flexible work schedule Referral program (where you get paid for bringing in new clients and/or team members) Every weekend, and major US holiday off Interested applicants must have/posses the following:Reliable transportation Valid Drivers LicenseID High School diploma or GED Equivalent Ability to pass a background check Ability to lift up to 10 lbs.Ability to stand on feet for periods that may exceed 3 hours Ability to communicate effectively Ability to arrive on time to ALL appointments Schedule flexibility Possess the willingness to learn new cleaning techniques and run cleaning equipment.Have a solid work ethic.Problem solving skills Carry themselves in a professional manner while on company time.Follow instruction easily.We require that each client is not only satisfied with the cleaning they received, but that they know that the job has been done properly, and efficiently.We do not settle for anything less that high quality work at all times.Job Type:Part-time Pay:From $16.00 per hour Benefits:Flexible schedule Health insurance Mileage reimbursement Paid time off Work Location:In person.
