Qualifications Interior design education and/or experience required A strong visual eye and natural ability to create cozy, elevated, and well-balanced spaces Someone who can represent our brand exceptionally well in both the store and clients’ homes Comfortable balancing creative work with customer-facing retail responsibilities We’re Looking for Someone Who Is: Easygoing and able to work well with others Open, coachable, and able to receive feedback thoughtfully Collaborative, low-ego, and team-oriented Reliable, professional, and consistent in attendance and follow-through Warm and customer-focused on the sales floor Adaptable and flexible in a small business environment where priorities may shift Composed and steady during busy retail moments What Thrives Here We do best with team members who: Bring a calm, positive, team-first energy Are naturally supportive and thoughtful in how they interact with others Are genuine and kind, and possess strong interpersonal skills Communicate with warmth and professionalism Enjoy collaboration over hierarchy Contribute to a peaceful, welcoming store culture Take pride in being part of a small team where relationships matter Schedule & Availability Part-time schedule (approximately 2–3 days per week to start) Monday- Saturday availability (7 hour shifts) Must be available to work at least 2 Saturdays per month Flexibility to support key retail periods and events as needed Why Join Us We are a growing, female-owned & led small business focused on creating a warm, elevated shopping experience and beautifully curated spaces. This is an opportunity to play a meaningful role in shaping both the customer experience and the future of our interior design program within a highly collaborative environment where your contributions are visible and valued. Compensation Initial compensation range: $16–$20/hour Opportunity for growth and commission as the design program expands Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour Benefits Employee discount Experience: Interior design: 1 year (Preferred) Work Location: In person
