Part-Time Commercial Cleaning Technician - FedEx Facility Company:Tidy Solutions Location:St.Joseph Schedule:Monday - Friday Hours Vary Employment Type:Part-Time Tidy Solutions is hiring a reliable and detail-oriented Commercial Cleaning Technician to maintain a FedEx facility during daytime operations.This position requires someone who is punctual, professional, and able to stay productive throughout an 2-4 hour shift.We are looking for someone who takes pride in maintaining a clean, organized work environment and can consistently meet cleaning standards.Key Responsibilities Clean and sanitize restrooms (toilets, sinks, mirrors, partitions, and floors) Empty trash and recycling throughout the facility Maintain cleanliness of breakrooms, including counters, microwaves, tables, and floors Wipe and disinfect desks, surfaces, and high-touch areas Sweep and mop floors in offices and common areas Spot clean glass and entryways Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies Follow site cleaning checklists and company procedures Report maintenance issues or supply needs to management Requirements Strong reliability and attendance -- this position requires consistent daily presence Ability to work Monday through Friday from 7 AM - 10 PM Ability to work independently and stay on task without supervision Comfortable working inside an active commercial facility Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and perform physical cleaning tasks Reliable transportation required Previous commercial cleaning experience is a plus but not required What We're Looking For Someone who takes pride in doing quality work Strong attention to detail Professional attitude when working in a client facility Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks efficiently Compensation Competitive hourly pay Stable Monday-Friday schedule Opportunity for advancement within Tidy Solutions Job Type:Part-time Pay:From $16.00 per hour Shift availability:Night Shift (Preferred) Ability to Commute:Saint Joseph, MO 64507 (Required) Ability to Relocate:Saint Joseph, MO 64507:Relocate before starting work (Preferred) Work Location:In person.
