Job Description
We are looking for a Janitor, or custodian, to take care of our building and carry out cleaning, maintenance and security duties.The goal is to keep our building in a clean and orderly condition.Schedule:Monday - Friday:4:30 pm - 9:00 pm Pay:$15.00 paid weekly Location:Mora, MN Responsibilities Clean and supply designated building areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning etc) Perform and document routine inspection and maintenance activities Carry out heavy cleansing tasks and special projects Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs Stock and maintain supply rooms Cooperate with the rest of the staff Skills Proven working experience as a janitor Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies Integrity and ability to work independently High school degree EOE STATEMENT:We are an equal employment opportunity employer.All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, gender, gender identification, sexual orientation, national origin, disability status, protected veteran status or any other characteristic protected by law.Job Type:Part-time Pay:From $15.00 per hour Benefits:Paid training Ability to Commute:Mora, MN 55051 (Required) Work Location:In person.
