Part Time Marketing Director

TechnologyWest is seeking a Part-Time Marketing Director to join our growing team. The Marketing Director will be responsible for the overall direction and execution of TechnologyWest's marketing program working approximately 5-10 hours per week on a freelance contract basis. This includes planning, organizing, executing and managing all marketing activities for the company. The ideal candidate will have a passion for design and content of marketing campaign materials, website, web-based emails, social media, press articles, trade shows and advertising. The person we hire would be able to work remotely and must be available for bi-weekly meetings via video conference. Use of Ai in creation of marketing materials is beneficial. TechnologyWest is a technology services company based in Grand Junction, CO. We work with government agencies, school districts and larger businesses throughout Colorado to provide technology solutions, which increase productivity and profits, reduce expenses, automate internal processes, increase communication with customers and staff and assist with IT security initiatives. Technology services include: Cybersecurity Ai IT Hardware/Software IT Managed Services IT Consulting Services VoIP Phone Systems Security Cameras Access Controls API Programming Fiber/Wireless Connectivity Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience. 3+ years experience in marketing, preferably in a business to business industry. 3+ years experience with HTML, CSS, Web Development, Copywriting and Graphic Design. 3+ years experience with social media platforms, Wordpress, Constant Contact, PPC and SEO. 3+ years experience working as a Freelancer. Strong graphic design/web development portfolio. Proficient in Microsoft Office 365, Adobe Creative Suite (or equivalent), Adobe InDesign and Ai in generation of marketing materials and graphic design layout concepts. Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams including sales, support, server administrator, and WordPress programmers. Demonstrates strong communication skills through external communication channels. Ability to plan overall marketing messaging, marketing plan and to execute marketing efforts with little supervision. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Ability to think critically about problems and solutions before making decisions.
