Part-Time Medical Assistant / Clinical Support

Holistic Wellness & Psychiatry is an integrative psychiatry and wellness clinic seeking a reliable, compassionate, and organized Medical Assistant (MA/CMA) to support our growing practice. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both patient interaction and hands-on clinical support in a collaborative outpatient mental health and wellness environment. Our clinic provides services including: Integrative psychiatry Ketamine-assisted therapy Spravato treatment Functional/integrative medicine Weight management services We are looking for someone who is calm under pressure, highly dependable, emotionally intelligent, and comfortable working with mental health patients in a fast-paced but supportive environment. Position Type Part-time Primarily weekday/daytime hours Some flexibility preferred depending on ketamine/Spravato schedule Responsibilities Room patients Obtain vitals Assist with ketamine/Spravato clinic flow Prepare/reset ketamine treatment rooms Ensure blankets, eye masks, supplies, snacks, water, music, and room setup are prepared Assist with medication refill/tasks and patient communication Support providers with clinical coordination Assist with scheduling or front desk support when needed Maintain accurate documentation and communication Help maintain a calm, welcoming patient environment Preferred Qualifications CMA preferred, but experienced MA/CNA/LPN candidates may be considered Prior outpatient clinic experience preferred Mental health or psychiatry experience is a plus Comfortable working with emotionally distressed or anxious patients Strong communication and organizational skills Reliable and team-oriented Comfortable multitasking and adapting to changing workflows Important Qualities We are looking for someone who: follows through consistently communicates clearly is responsive and dependable works well with a team is willing to learn takes initiative without creating chaos helps create a positive patient experience Compensation Competitive hourly pay based on experience and credentials Benefits eligibility may be available depending on role/hours To Apply Please submit: Resume Relevant certifications/licenses Brief description of your clinical experience and interest in the role Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour Work Location: In person
