Ensure all samples are collected, labeled, and processed following strict laboratory procedures and safety standards. Maintain clear communication with clients and team members to coordinate testing schedules and address any concerns promptly. Follow aseptic techniques to prevent contamination during specimen collection and processing. Document all procedures accurately in accordance with medical terminology and laboratory management protocols. Adhere to confidentiality policies and maintain a professional demeanor during all interactions. Assist with inventory management of testing supplies and ensure proper storage and disposal of specimens. Requirements Knowledge of laboratory management, techniques, and procedures.
