Job Description
Job Overview We are busy commercial contracting company looking for a reliable, organized Office Administrator to support both our field and office teams. This part-time, on-site role is ideal for someone who is a self starter and willing to co- manage a busy office. Duties: Maintain digital and paper filling system Support payroll and employee records Assist project manager with paperwork, scheduling of projects Prepare and organize job files and project documents Assist with bid documents, proposals and contracts Prepare W-9, COI's lien waivers for current and future projects Communicate with suppliers, clients and customers Qualifications: Office administration experience (construction office preferred) Basic book keeping skills a must Strong organizational skills Ability to learn construction or project management software Comfortable with Microsoft Office suites detail oriented and able to work independently Good communication and customer service abilities Hours: 24-32 hours per week Compensation: $20.00-$25.00 per hour Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour Benefits Flexible schedule Paid time off Parental leave Work Location: In person
