Job Description
We are seeking a part time person to join team! You will assist our Office Manager with daily clerical, administrative and bookkeeping tasks.The ideal candidate will be a hard-working professional able to undertake a variety of office support tasks and work diligently under pressure.This person will be comfortable working with a high degree of attention to detail and discretion as well as incorporating new and effective ways to achieve better results.Responsibilities Must have Apple Product knowledge Exceptional organization and follow thru skills Detail-oriented Ability to prioritize and multitask Tenacious attention to detail Perform receptionist duties when needed Bookkeeping experience plus Real Estate knowledge a plus Skills Proven experience as a back-office assistant, office assistant, or in another relevant administrative role Working knowledge of office equipment Excellent organizational and time management skills Analytical abilities and aptitude in problem-solving Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in MS Office Must have Apple Product knowledge Exceptional organization and follow thru skills Detail-oriented Ability to prioritize and multitask Tenacious attention to detail Bookkeeping experience plus Real Estate knowledge a plus Various Duties Include:Answering and routing phone calls & emails Data input/upkeep Weekly reporting Filing/Reorganization of filing system Filing/Reorganization of backup materials Outstanding rent tracking Supply ordering Requirements Must have valid driver's license Reliable transportation High School diploma or GED Job Type:Part-time Pay:$18.00 - $20.00 per hour Experience:Administrative Assistants & Receptionists:1 year (Preferred) Customer service:1 year (Preferred) Work Location:In person.
