Job Description
The QTI Group is partnering with a growing equipment company in Madison to hire a Part-Time Office Assistant.This role is ideal for someone who is dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable learning on the fly.You'll start by supporting core administrative and accounting tasks, with a strong focus on AMEX statement reconciliation and phone coverage.Someone who is organized, adaptable, and confident navigating unfamiliar questions will thrive here.This role is temp-to-hire, part-time, 2-3 days per week, 3-6 hours per day.The company's open hours are 7:30 am-4:00 pm, Monday-Friday, and the schedule is flexible.Pay is $20+/hr.based on experience.Responsibilities Review and reconcile monthly AMEX statements for multiple cardholders.Request missing receipts from employees and ensure expenses are coded accurately in Sage.Maintain organized digital/paper copies of AMEX documentation.Answer incoming phone calls and provide excellent customer service while navigating a high call volume.Learn and respond to a variety of unfamiliar customer questions with professionalism and resourcefulness.Support general office and administrative tasks as needed.Qualifications 1years of relevant office experience is required.Strong attention to detail and solid organizational skills.Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new processes.Customer-focused mindset with a willingness to prioritize client needs.Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.Sage experience is a plus but not required.#MMAS.
