Job title: Office Manager - 6 Month Contract, Onsite, and Fulltime Location : Hamilton, NJ Pay ranges : $25.00 - $30.00/hr Schedule : Part time time (usually 10+ hours/week) Assignment length 6 month contract Role Overview – Office Manager As an Office Manager, you will serve as the primary point of contact for employees, guests, and candidates, delivering a professional and welcoming front desk experience while ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations. Key Responsibilities Provide a high-quality, professional experience for all visitors and employees Manage front desk and support overall office operations and vendor relationships Own and manage the Envoy guest management system, ensuring seamless guest and candidate workflows Coordinate office events, including Company Days and employee activities Respond to employee requests, questions, and concerns in a timely and accurate manner Partner with the Onboarding Team to support new hires, including desk setup Handle offboarding logistics, including workspace and access removal Manage access control systems (keycards, user access updates) Coordinate with building management for: Keycard requests and employee updates Service and maintenance requests Communication of building events and announcements Distribute approved company merchandise as needed Manage incoming mail and packages and notify employees for pickup Ensure kitchen areas are stocked by coordinating with snack and beverage vendors Support catering logistics for employee lunches (3x per week) Perform daily office opening and closing procedures Maintain office supplies, including restrooms and printing stations Assist with additional administrative and operational tasks as needed Work Schedule Onsite: Monday to Friday Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Ideal Candidate Profile Able to work independently and take ownership of office operations Serves as the main point of contact for employees across the organization Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Required Qualifications 2+ years of experience in office coordination, administration, or similar roles Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills Excellent organizational and project management abilities Proactive, adaptable, and resourceful mindset Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams Basic IT knowledge is a plus Key Skills Punctuality and reliability Experience with Slack and familiarity with AI tools Strong stakeholder management skills Previous office management experience preferred Additional Details Business Driver: Backfill (current employee’s last day is April 10) Conversion Likelihood: Very unlikely
