Organized Marie is seeking a detail-oriented, hands-on Part-Time Organizer to join our growing team.We specialize in creating beautifully functional spaces for busy families, helping bring ease and order to everyday life.This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with their hands, has a natural eye for organization and design, and thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.Position Overview As a Part-Time Organizer, you will work alongside our lead organizer to transform client homes through thoughtful, customized systems.You will assist in implementing organizing solutions, arranging items with intention, and ensuring every space meets our high standards of functionality and aesthetics.Key Responsibilities Organize and implement systems in pantries, closets, kitchens, bathrooms, garages, and more Sort, categorize, and arrange items in a clean, functional, and visually appealing way Label and maintain organization systems for long-term sustainability Follow detailed organizing plans created by the lead organizer Maintain a clean and efficient workspace throughout each project Assist with unloading, setting up, and breaking down materials on project days Support product placement and styling to elevate the final result Qualifications & Skills Passion for organization and creating functional, beautiful spaces Strong attention to detail and ability to follow direction Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Positive attitude and strong work ethic Comfortable working in client homes and handling personal belongings with care Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability Experience in professional organizing, retail merchandising, interior design, or a related field is a plus Work Environment & Requirements Part-time, on-site role based in Charlotte, NC and surrounding areas Must have reliable transportation Ability to lift and carry up to 30 lbs Comfortable with physical activity (standing, bending, lifting throughout the day) Professional, polished, and punctual while representing the brand in client homes Availability on weekdays required (occasional weekends preferred) Position Details Part-time hours (project-based scheduling) Competitive hourly rate based on experience Opportunity to grow within a high-end, fast-growing organizing business Work in beautifully designed homes with a supportive and collaborative team Pay:$15.00 - $20.00 per hour Application Question(s):What are your favorite organizing brands?
