Part-Time Personal Assistant – West Hollywood, CA Successful entrepreneur seeking a smart, organized, and proactive Personal Assistant to help manage day-to-day logistics, scheduling, social media coordination, and lifestyle support. This is an ideal role for someone who is detail-oriented, resourceful, discreet, and enjoys working in a fast-paced but flexible environment. This is a part-time position averaging approximately 10 hours per week with a mix of remote work and occasional in-person responsibilities in West Hollywood. Responsibilities Manage calendar scheduling and coordinate meetings Handle dinner reservations, appointments, and personal bookings Assist with planning parties, dinners, and social events Coordinate vendors, invitations, and event logistics Support social media management including posting, content coordination, and engagement Assist with pet care coordination including scheduling grooming, vet appointments, walkers, boarding, etc. Run occasional errands and handle miscellaneous personal tasks Communicate professionally with clients, vendors, and guests Help keep schedules and priorities organized and running smoothly Ideal Candidate Highly organized with strong attention to detail Excellent communication and follow-through Tech-savvy and comfortable with Instagram, TikTok, and social media platforms Able to anticipate needs and solve problems independently Discreet, trustworthy, and professional Based in Los Angeles and familiar with West Hollywood/Beverly Hills area Previous experience as a personal assistant, executive assistant, house manager, or lifestyle coordinator preferred Must have reliable transportation Position Details Part-time: Approximately 10 hours per week Flexible scheduling Combination of remote and in-person work West Hollywood, CA Compensation Competitive hourly compensation based on experience.
