Part Time Production Assistant

Wax Wings Brewing Co. is looking for a Part-Time Production Assistant to support day-to-day brewery operations. This is a hands-on role working directly in the production space—packaging beer, cleaning tanks, and helping keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes. What you’ll be doing: – Assisting with canning, kegging, and labeling – Cleaning and sanitizing tanks and equipment (CIP) – Supporting brewhouse operations as needed – Keeping the workspace clean, organized, and efficient – Handling materials and helping with general production tasks What we’re looking for: – Reliable, consistent, and detail-oriented – Comfortable with physical work (lifting, standing, moving) – Willing to learn and take direction – Prior brewery or production experience is a plus, but not required This is a part-time position with flexible scheduling based on production needs. If you’re interested in getting hands-on experience in a working brewery and being part of a small, focused team, we’d like to hear from you. Previous brewery, manufacturing, warehouse, or production experience is a plus but not required. Pay: $17.50–26/hr depending on experience, mechanical aptitude, reliability, and ability to work independently. Experience with packaging equipment, pumps, cellar work, or manufacturing environments may qualify candidates toward the higher end of the pay scale. Approximately 20 hours per week to start.
