Job Summary Dudly's Professional Services is looking for an organized, proactive Project Coordinator to join our team.You will handle project documentation, client communication, and team scheduling to ensure projects stay on time.The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, exceptional organizational skills, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities Community Liaison (on an as-needed basis):Facilitate two-way communication between the community and the organization.Also, develop and maintain partnerships with residents.Client Liaison:Act as a point of contact for clients, gathering requirements, and communicating project status updates.Documentation & Reporting:Prepare, maintain, and update comprehensive project documentation, including reports, and meeting minutes.Team Coordination:Coordinate team tasks and resources based on project needs.Requirements Experience:Proven experience in an administrative or customer service role.Skills:Excellent verbal and written communication skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).Organization:Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Education:High school diploma required; a Bachelor's degree in Business or related field is a plus.Why Join Us?
