Columbus, OH Flexible Schedule | Growth Opportunity | Multifamily Housing Blkswan Holdings is seeking a driven, organized, and solution-oriented Part-Time Property Manager to assist with the day-to-day operations of a growing multifamily portfolio in Columbus, Ohio. This role is ideal for someone with leasing, customer service, property management, or operations experience who is looking for a flexible opportunity with growth potential in real estate management and investment operations. We are looking for someone who is proactive, communicative, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where accountability and follow-through matter. Responsibilities Assist with leasing and occupancy efforts Respond to guest cards, schedule tours, and follow up with prospects Conduct property walks and identify curb appeal or maintenance concerns Coordinate with maintenance vendors and contractors Assist with delinquency follow-up and resident communication Monitor unit readiness and turn progress Ensure properties remain clean, safe, and professionally managed Provide daily or weekly operational updates to leadership Assist with resident retention and customer service Help identify operational inefficiencies and solutions Qualifications Preferred Experience Property management, leasing, hospitality, or customer service experience Multifamily housing experience preferred Experience with AppFolio or similar software is a plus Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to multitask and problem solve independently Reliable transportation required Ideal Candidate Traits Self-motivated and dependable Strong sense of urgency and accountability Comfortable communicating with residents, vendors, and leadership Detail-oriented with strong follow-through Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset Able to adapt quickly in a growing company environment Schedule & Compensation Part-time flexible schedule Some on-site responsibilities required Compensation based on experience and production Additional earning opportunities may be available based on leasing performance and operational contributions Growth Opportunity This role offers the opportunity to grow within a rapidly evolving real estate company focused on operational improvement, portfolio growth, and long-term leadership development.
