CareMont is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Registered Nurse (RN) to provide clinical oversight for our boutique assisted living home in St. George. With a maximum of twelve residents, this role allows you to focus on quality of care and proactive health management in a quiet, professional environment. Key Responsibilities Medication Management: Audit and oversee the med cart and medication administration records (MAR) to ensure safety and compliance. Resident Assessments: Conduct initial, quarterly, and "change of condition" assessments for a small population of seniors. Compliance: Ensure all clinical documentation meets Utah state licensing requirements for residential assisted living. Care Coordination: Act as a clinical resource for staff and interface with physicians and families regarding resident health status. Why CareMont? Flexible Scheduling: We understand life happens. Qualifications Licensure: Active, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Utah. Experience: Previous experience in Assisted Living, Geriatrics, or Case Management is preferred. Communication: Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to providing compassionate senior care. Reliability: Ability to maintain a consistent monthly schedule for assessments and audits.
