Part-Time Retail AssociateFloro's Mercantile Glens Falls, NY Floro's Mercantile is a modern, women's boutique located on South Street in downtown Glens Falls.We are seeking polished, personable, and style-driven individuals to join our team as Part-Time Retail Associates.This role is perfect for someone who enjoys fashion, thrives in a customer-focused environment, and wants to be part of building a new, elevated retail experience.Key Responsibilities Provide exceptional, personalized customer service to every guest Assist customers with styling, outfit building, and product recommendations Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor Support merchandising and restocking of new arrivals Operate the POS system for purchases, returns, and exchanges Assist with opening and closing duties as needed Contribute to a positive, team-oriented store environment What We're Looking For Friendly, confident, and professional demeanor Strong communication and interpersonal skills Interest in fashion, styling, and boutique retail Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented Availability for weekends and some evenings Bonus (but not required) Previous retail or customer service experience Experience with POS or similar systems Visual merchandising or social media familiarity Why Join Floro's Be part of a new and growing boutique brand Work in a thoughtfully designed, elevated retail space Opportunity to grow with the business as it expands Employee merchandise discount Pay:$17.00 - $18.00 per hour Work Location:In person.
