What You'll Do Build positive relationships through daily communication with store associates and management Educate customers and store personnel on client brands and product features Execute assigned tasks, projects, resets, and displays accurately by following provided instructions Merchandise products to company standards to maintain strong visual presentation and account aesthetics Deliver consistent, high-quality execution that meets or exceeds client expectations Communicate daily activity, sales opportunities, and potential challenges to the Territory Sales Lead Use handheld technology consistently for reporting and task completion Maintain confidentiality of company, client, and retailer information What We're Looking For Customer service or sales experience (preferred) Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions Independent, reliable, and self-motivated Ability to work a flexible schedule , including nights, overnights, and weekends High School Diploma or equivalent (required) Valid driver's license with reliable transportation and active automobile insurance Access to a computer, internet, printer, and email Physical & Work Environment Requirements Ability to lift up to 50 lbs , with frequent lifting/carrying up to 35 lbs Ability to lift up to 100 lbs with assistance Frequent standing, walking, bending, twisting, squatting, climbing, and fine hand manipulation Work may be performed while sitting, standing, or walking throughout the shift Why Join Anderson Merchandisers?
