Supportive Environment:Work with a team that values your role in customer satisfaction.Benefits:Employer-paid benefits package available after 90 days.Second Chances:Applicants with prior convictions are encouraged to apply.Key Responsibilities:Reliable Pick-up and Delivery:Collect and deliver garments from retail locations and customer addresses according to the manifest, ensuring careful handling.Efficient Route Management:Follow assigned routes accurately, making no unauthorized stops.Notify management of any skipped stops or issues with orders.Communication and Coordination:Participate in daily debriefs with the Operations Manager to review route issues and order accuracy.Safety and Maintenance:Practice safe, courteous driving, maintain the vehicle's cleanliness, and promptly report any maintenance needs.Professional Interaction:Provide friendly and respectful service to clients, always representing Fashion Cleaners professionally.Brand ambassador:Assist with business sales goals by recognizing opportunities and explaining the value of our services to potential customers.Qualifications:Driving Experience:Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (2 or fewer moving violations in the past 36 months).At least 1 year of experience as a delivery driver.Organizational Skills:Excellent time management and attention to detail for accurately handling delivery logs and manifests.Physical Ability:Able to lift up to 50 pounds and perform tasks in a fast-paced environment.Team-Oriented:Positive communication skills and a commitment to supporting the team's goals.Job Schedule:This position works Sunday - Thursday, roughly 5:30 pm to 8:30 pm Job Type:Part-time Pay:From $15.00 per hour Benefits:Flexible schedule Paid training Referral program People with a criminal record are encouraged to apply Shift availability:Night Shift (Required) Ability to Commute:Lancaster, OH 43130 (Required) Work Location:In person.
