Part Time & Seasonal Window Washer Position Available

You will be working with the owner side by side.We meet at my home and go to the jobs together.Duties Clean interior and exterior windows on commercial buildings and homes using appropriate tools and techniques Operate equipment such as squeegees, other window cleaning equipment, ladders, boom lifts, and scissor lifts to access high or hard-to-reach areas safely Conduct safety inspections of equipment and work sites to ensure compliance with safety standards Assist with seasonal cleaning projects, including window washing after storms or during special events Maintain cleaning supplies inventory and report any maintenance needs or safety hazards promptly Follow established procedures for safe use of ladders, scaffolding, and lifts during window cleaning activities Requirements Prior experience in commercial cleaning, custodial work, or janitorial services preferred but not necessary.Will train according to my standards.Ability to operate scissor lifts and other height-access equipment safely (training provided if needed) Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality workmanship Physical stamina to stand, reach, climb ladders, and perform repetitive cleaning tasks for extended periods Flexibility to work part-time hours during peak seasons or as scheduled Ability to work independently if needed while following safety guidelines and company policies Embark on a rewarding opportunity that combines physical activity with the satisfaction of transforming building exteriors!
