Position Title: Part-Time Security Professional Company: Tacon 1 LLC Location: Denver Metro Area, CO Employment Type: Part-Time (W2) Pay Range: $22.00 – $27.00 per hour (based on relevant security experience) About Tacon 1 Tacon 1 LLC is a fast-growing security and risk management firm providing professional security services throughout the Denver metro area. Our operations support retail locations, construction sites, multifamily properties, corporate security programs, executive protection details, and Fortune 500 clients. Position Overview Tacon 1 is seeking dependable and professional Part-Time Security Professionals to support a variety of active security operations throughout the Denver metro area. This position requires individuals who are reliable, observant, professional in appearance and demeanor, and capable of operating in dynamic environments while maintaining strong situational awareness. Candidates must be willing to work nights, weekends, and flexible schedules based on operational needs. Responsibilities Maintain a professional and visible security presence Conduct interior and exterior patrols of assigned properties Monitor for suspicious activity, trespassing, theft, or disturbances Perform access control and asset protection duties Complete detailed daily activity and incident reports Utilize de-escalation techniques when necessary Maintain strong situational awareness at all times Communicate effectively with supervisors, clients, and local law enforcement when needed Follow all post orders and company procedures Requirements Pay based on relevant security, military, law enforcement, or related experience Must be willing to work nights and weekends Must have a clean background Must be able to pass a drug screening Must be able to obtain and maintain all applicable licensing requirements Must have reliable transportation Must maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time Strong communication and observation skills required Preferred Qualifications Prior security, military, law enforcement, executive protection, or related experience preferred Experience with reporting and communication platforms is a plus De-escalation and customer service experience preferred Why Tacon 1 Tacon 1 is building a professional, scalable security operation focused on high standards, accountability, and growth.
