Highly motivated individual who takes initiative and can run an evolving storage business. Self motivated and self directed individual who can solve problems and think critically Work independantly on a property inside and outside maintenance Manage Day-day operations of the facility Show, rent, and clean units Make collection calls, process liens and auctions to late tenants Perform lock checks and patrol facility on a continual basis clean office and restroom Clean facility, including power washing, picking up trash and other debris, sweeping, using the blower, mop, etc. What you need: Preferred 1+ years in Customer Service/Sales experience Tech Saavy is a plus Must be available on weekends A positive, outgoing personality Strong accountability combined with strong work ethic and enthusiasm for teamwork Experience working in the retail or service industry preferred Schedule: Tuesday 10 am-3 pm, Friday 2pm-6 pm, Sat 10-2pm and on call for urgent matters First of the month is slightly a busier time and may require more hours. Supplemental Pay: Bonus pay- based on collections and occupancy Experience: Customer service: 2 years (Preferred) Management: 2 years (Preferred) Language: English (Required) License/Certification: Driver's License (Required) Work Location: One location, Must live within 15 minutes of the site.
