Job Summary We are seeking compassionate and dedicated part-time staff to join our faith-based Female Residential Recovery Program. This vital role involves supporting women on their journey to recovery by providing a safe, nurturing environment focused on behavioral health, addiction counseling, and overall well-being. You will play a key role in fostering a positive atmosphere through effective communication, crisis intervention, and case management. Ideal candidates will bring strong social work skills and a genuine passion for empowering women to rebuild their lives. Responsibilities Supervise daily activities within the residential program to ensure safety and adherence to policies Some overnight shifts - Staff bedroom provided to sleep. Provide crisis intervention and conflict management to de-escalate tense situations promptly and effectively Assist with intake procedures, including data collection, filing, and documentation of client information Support residents with medication administration, behavioral health support, and behavior management strategies Maintain accurate records through data entry, case management notes, and incident reports Implement security protocols to ensure a secure environment for residents and staff Facilitate communication between residents, staff, families, and external service providers Support addiction counseling efforts by engaging residents in recovery activities and educational sessions Provide first aid when needed and respond appropriately during emergencies or health incidents Experience Strong background in crisis intervention, conflict management, and behavioral health support Knowledge of addiction counseling techniques and case management practices Ability to lead Bible studies and prayer groups Familiarity with intake procedures, data collection, filing systems, and data entry processes Excellent communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse populations Previous experience working in social work or behavioral health settings is advantageous Join us in creating a supportive environment where women can thrive!
