Part-Time / Sublease Optometrist Opportunity Fully Equipped Exam Room – Heritage Optical – Orange County, CA Heritage Optical is a new modern optical store preparing to open in Orange County, California around mid-October . We are looking for a licensed optometrist who is professional, friendly, and passionate about patient care. This opportunity is ideal for an optometrist who is interested in either a part-time position or a sublease opportunity within a fully equipped optical location. Our exam room will be fully equipped with modern optometric equipment, allowing the doctor to begin seeing patients in a professional, ready-to-use environment. We are especially interested in a doctor who is currently credentialed with, or able to work with, major vision insurance plans such as VSP and EyeMed . The position may start with 1–2 days per week , with the possibility of adding more days as the practice grows. For the right doctor, we are open to discussing a sublease arrangement where the optometrist can operate independently within our optical location. Responsibilities include: Performing comprehensive eye exams Providing prescriptions for glasses and contact lenses Maintaining accurate patient records Communicating clearly and professionally with patients Working with our optical team to provide excellent patient care Qualifications: Active California optometrist license Ability to work with vision insurance plans such as VSP and EyeMed Friendly, reliable, and patient-focused Strong communication skills Experience in private practice or retail optical setting preferred Korean-speaking ability is a plus, but not required What we offer: Fully equipped exam room Modern optical retail environment Flexible part-time schedule Opportunity to grow with a new optical business Possible sublease arrangement for the right doctor Planned opening around mid-October Compensation or sublease terms are negotiable based on experience, availability, and arrangement.
